Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to bookings made with Phoenix Airparks for parking serving Aberdeen Airport and Aberdeen Heliport.

Bookings are charged per calendar day or part calendar day, with a two day minimum charge. Prices may include a booking fee and, where applicable, a same day booking fee. The price shown at checkout is the price payable for the booking details entered.

You are responsible for entering accurate arrival date, return date, flight or helicopter details, arrival time, passenger numbers, contact details and vehicle information. Please contact us as soon as possible if anything changes.

Customers should allow enough time for parking, transfer and airport or heliport check-in. Phoenix Airparks is not responsible for missed flights, check-in delays or losses caused by late arrival, traffic, weather or events outside our reasonable control.

Vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk except where loss or damage is caused by our negligence. Please remove valuables and ensure the vehicle is roadworthy, insured, taxed and has sufficient fuel or charge for staff movement where required.

Some parking products may be non-refundable or non-amendable where stated during booking. Any cancellation, amendment, refund or no-show decision is subject to the terms shown for the selected product and any applicable legal rights.

Offshore parking customers may be asked to leave keys and pay on return where stated. Other parking may be self-park unless agreed otherwise.
